How to Use Pargo at Checkout: A Step-by-Step Guide for DuviBuddy Customers
Pargo is our new “delivery buddy” on DuviBuddy! Since we launched our website we have always relied on CourierGuy for all our delivery needs and our customers have always received their parcels without any issues.
Then in 2025 we introduced Pudo as an alternative delivery system with their convenient locker-to locker deliveries for our Catcchii range of products.
To make the shopping experience even more simple for our new and returning customers, we have decided to go with Pargo for all our deliveries as it offers a single and even more convenient way to receive your parcels from DuviBuddy.
What Is Pargo?
Pargo is South Africa's leading click-and-collect delivery network, with over 4,000 pickup points at retailers nationwide. Think local pharmacies, garages, and convenience stores.
Instead of waiting in for a courier, you can collect your parcel on your own schedule, 7 days a week.
Step 1: Choose Your Delivery Method
At checkout, once you've entered your details, you'll see delivery options in the shipping section. Alongside standard courier delivery, look for the Pargo options:
- Pargo Point (Click & Collect): Collect from a pickup point near you
- Pargo Home Delivery: Have it delivered straight to your address. This is the address you entered when you create your account.
Step 2: Find a Pickup Point Near You
If you select the Pickup Point option, an interactive map will appear. Pargo will show you the pickup points closest to you, usually based on your address or postal code.
You can search for an alternative location if you'd prefer to collect somewhere else, like near work.
Each pickup point listing usually shows:
- The store name and address
- Opening hours
- Distance from your address
Step 3: Confirm and Pay
Once you've picked your delivery method (and pickup point, if applicable), continue to payment as normal. Your order summary will reflect the shipping cost and chosen method before you pay.
Step 4: Track Your Parcel
After checkout, you'll receive SMS and email notifications keeping you updated. From the moment your order is collected from the store, right through to it arriving at your chosen Pargo Point or address.
Step 5: Collect (or Receive) Your Parcel
If you chose a Pargo Point, you'll get a notification once your parcel arrives. Just pop in during opening hours with your ID or order confirmation to collect.
If you chose Home Delivery, simply wait for it to arrive at your door.
