What are my delivery options and how much does it cost?

We have a Flat Rate of R95.00 per delivery throughout the country irrespective of where it needs to be delivered or how much you order.

What is the delivery process?

Once you have placed your order and paid, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Shortly after this you will receive another e-mail with a tracking number and a link to a site so that you can keep track of where your order is.

How will my order be delivered?

We use reputable courier services and they deliver door to door.

When will my order be delivered?

Depending on where you are situated in South Africa it will take approximately 3-5 working days. Outlying areas another day or two extra.

Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?

It is not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please double check that your address details are correct at checkout.

What happens if a product is missing from my shipment/delivery?

Please notify us immediately at [email protected] so that we can investigate and make sure you receive what you ordered.


What is your returns policy?

Our Terms and Conditions will apply. Please refer to our Policy for clarity.

Can I return a product without its original packaging?

Unfortunately not. The complete product, unused and in its original packaging has to be returned due to hygiene factors.

We urge you to refer to our size guide and to make double sure that you order the correct size for your bed.

How do I go about this?

For a full refund the goods have to be returned within 5 days at your own expense and received in the original condition as described above. Please notify us of your intention to do so at [email protected] to set the process in motion.

What do I do if the item I received is damaged?

Our Distribution Company uses Tamper Proof Tape and if it is tampered with please do not accept the goods and notify us immediately.


How do I get a refund?

Once the products have been received back in their original condition, we will initiate the refund process. You will need to provide us with your Banking details and depending on your payment method, this will determine into which account the refund is made.

Please take note that refunds may take 5-7 days to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and bank used. The 5-7 days can only be calculated once the goods have been received back by us and the condition validated.
